The Lighthouse is so excited to partner with Inspired By True Events, along with Coach Jamie and Coach (NAME) to bring you a FREE Mother and Child Self Defense Class on Saturday, November 16th, 2024 at The Lighthouse Sports & Entertainment Complex!

Mother’s are encourage to come out and learn some basic fundamentals of Self Defense from professional coaches! You must be registered for a specific time slot and your child must be 8 to 15 years old.

This is an outdoor event so please dress accordingly.

The time slots will go as follows: 3pm, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm. You will not be allowed to attend a time slot that you did not register for.
